Do returning customers have to sign again?

Not while their signature is still valid. esigned recognises logged-in customers who already signed and doesn't ask again. They are asked again when you publish a new version of the waiver or their signature expires. You choose how long a signature lasts on each document.

Set how long a signature lasts under the document's Policies, Signature stays valid for: forever, a day, 30 days, 90 days or a year.

To ask on every purchase instead, go to Settings, Emails, and untick Don't ask logged-in customers to sign again while their signature is valid.

Guests who check out without logging in can't be recognised, so they are asked each time.
