Can customers sign in my store with Shopify POS?

Yes. Add the esigned Waivers tile to your POS home screen. When a cart holds a product that needs a waiver, the tile shows it, and the customer signs on your device or scans a QR code to sign on their phone. Waivers set before add to cart or at checkout work at POS automatically.

1. In Shopify POS, tap Add tile on the home screen and add esigned's Waivers tile.
2. Add products to the cart as usual. The tile shows Awaiting signature when a waiver is needed.
3. Open the tile and tap Sign on this device, or Show QR code for the customer to scan.
4. Once they sign, the tile says you can complete the sale.

Each order and customer in POS also shows whether their waiver is signed. For walk-ins, the Standing QR and link on a document gives you a permanent QR code to print for your counter.
