What happens when a signing link expires?

The customer sees that the link has expired and can't sign with it. Send them a new one from Requests or the document's Send a waiver button. esigned sends the new link even though the old one was never signed.

Expired links show as Expired in Requests and in Signatures. A link that has expired can't be resent, so send a fresh one.

To give customers longer, choose a longer Link expires in when you send, up to 90 days.
