Can I change a waiver after customers have signed it?

Yes. To change the wording, publish a new version: past signatures stay exactly as they were signed, and customers sign the new version next time. To adjust fields only, click Edit fields. A waiver with signatures can be turned off but never deleted.

1. Open the document in Documents.
2. Under Lifecycle, click Publish a new version and upload the revised PDF.
3. Turn the new version on. Your product links and settings carry over, and the old version retires.

Every signed copy records the version that was signed, so your records always show what each person agreed to.
