Why didn't esigned find the fields on my PDF?

esigned finds fields automatically in fillable PDFs, and makes a best guess on flat ones. A scanned or image-only PDF has no text to read, so the editor opens empty. Add the fields by hand: it takes a minute.

When esigned finds fields, a note above the editor says how many it placed. Check each one, since a guess can land in the wrong box.

For the best result next time, export the waiver to PDF straight from Word or Google Docs rather than scanning a printed copy.
