How do I set up my first waiver?

Upload your waiver as a PDF, check the signature and date fields esigned places for you, choose when customers sign, and switch on esigned Forms in your theme. The setup guide walks you through each step the first time you open esigned, and most stores finish in about five minutes.

1. Open esigned from Apps in your Shopify admin. The setup guide starts on its own the first time.
2. Upload your waiver as a PDF. esigned names the document after the file, and you can rename it on the next step.
3. Check the fields. esigned looks for signature, name and date boxes and places them for you. Drag, resize or add any it missed.
4. Choose when customers sign: before a product goes in the cart, at checkout, by email after they buy, or only when you send it.
5. Pick the products that need the waiver, if you chose a product moment.
6. Switch on esigned Forms in your theme so customers are asked to sign. See How do I turn on esigned in my theme?

To add another waiver later, go to Documents and click New document.
