How long are signed waivers kept?

For as long as esigned is installed. Nothing expires or is deleted while you use the app. If you uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase your store's data 48 hours later, so export your signed waivers first if you need to keep them.

If a customer asks Shopify to erase their data, esigned removes their name, email and device details from their records.
