How does a customer get a copy of what they signed?

esigned emails them a link to their signed PDF as soon as they sign. The link works for 30 days. After that, they can request a new link from the same page, or you can download the PDF from Signatures and send it.

Copies are on by default. You can turn them off under Settings, Emails, Send customers a copy of what they signed.

Signature-only documents don't collect an email, so no copy is sent.
