What does esigned record when someone signs?

Every signed PDF ends with a signature certificate: the document's name and version, the signer's name and email, the date and time, their IP address and device, and whether they agreed to sign electronically. A fingerprint of the original document shows it wasn't changed.

You can see the same details on screen: open the waiver in Signatures and look at Audit Trail.

Waivers signed on your POS device also note that they were signed at your register.
