My booking button skips the waiver. What can I do?

Some booking apps and custom themes use their own button instead of Shopify's Add to cart. Switch the waiver to At checkout, which catches the order however it reached the cart. If you need it on that button, email us your store address and we'll connect esigned to it.

To switch, open the waiver's products page and choose At checkout under Signing moment. Signatures already on file are kept.
