How do I change or cancel my plan?
To change plans, click View plans on the usage banner in esigned, or email us and we'll send you a direct link to your plan page. To cancel, uninstall esigned from your Shopify admin. Export your signed waivers first.
Shopify handles every charge, so plan changes and refunds show on your Shopify invoice.
Uninstalling ends billing. Shopify asks us to erase your store's data 48 hours later. See How long are signed waivers kept?
